EverSet Trade Program
The EverSet Trade Program is a starting point for production designers, set decorators, event planners, florists, and scenic shops who want a direct project-planning relationship around reusable modular scenic foliage.
Who it is for
Trade relationships can be useful when a professional is bringing a client brief, coordinating a production, designing a set, planning an event, styling an environment, or supporting an installation. EverSet is not presented as a self-serve rental cart. The appropriate starting point is a production quote and a clear description of the work.
- Production designers and set decorators
- Event planners and scenic stylists
- Florists considering a reusable scenic foliage layer
- Scenic shops and creative production teams
How a trade relationship works
A trade relationship gives you a repeatable way to discuss project needs, seasonal direction, scheduling and coordination with the same team each time. We confirm the specifics of your account, pricing approach and payment terms directly with you before any project is booked.
Start with a real project
Whether you are exploring a single visual moment or an ongoing source for seasonal scenic environments, begin with the project itself. Share dates, location, desired foliage direction, visual outcome, and the delivery or installation window through the production quote form.
Browse the foliage library and coverage packages to give the request useful language. See how EverSet works for the production path.

Terms stay specific to the approved program
Trade terms are set per project rather than published as a blanket policy. Discounts, credit arrangements, payment terms, minimums and availability are confirmed in writing as part of your quote, so nothing here should be read as an automatic entitlement.
The production quote remains the primary route for live project planning, including repeat and ongoing work. Tell us the shape of the work and we will confirm the commercial terms that apply to it.
A shared reference point
Use the foliage library to name the look you are discussing before commercial terms are finalized.
