EverSet Studios FAQ | Scenic Foliage

EverSet Studios FAQ

These answers separate verified EverSet information from the policy details that still need owner confirmation. Every project is routed to a production quote, not a self-serve rental cart.

Project planning questions

Can EverSet foliage be reused?

Yes. EverSet is positioned as reusable seasonal foliage for modular scenic environments rather than fresh floral scenery. Reuse is part of the approach; project-specific handling is discussed in the quote process.

How does EverSet approach sustainability?

EverSet uses reusable seasonal foliage for modular scenic environments. The verified benefit is an alternative to the waste, labor, and permanence of fresh floral scenery; do not make additional sustainability claims until they are documented.

How do strike and return work?

Strike and return are the fourth step in the EverSet planning path. They should be coordinated with the delivery and install window; final handling and return requirements are confirmed in the project quote.

Can I book an EverSet rental through a cart?

No. Self-serve rental checkout is on hold because inventory integrity and oversell risk need to be addressed. Every EverSet project routes to a production quote rather than a rental cart.

How does EverSet quoting work?

Share project dates, location, the environment you are building, approximate visual coverage, and the delivery or installation deadline through the production quote form. The conversation then focuses on a coverage direction, foliage look, timing, and handling plan.

Need a project-specific answer?

Where an answer is marked as needed, it has not been invented. Include the question in a production quote request or email info@ghilliepuck.com. You can also review how EverSet works and the foliage library before you write in.

Ordering, delivery and terms

What lead time does EverSet Studios need?

In-stock foliage ships within 24 hours of an approved order from our Boise, Idaho warehouse. Rental bookings need a short lead time so stock can be picked, checked and packed, which the booking form enforces automatically. Large or multi-zone builds are scheduled against your production calendar during the quote conversation.

Does EverSet provide delivery and installation?

We deliver. Foliage ships to your venue, production office or scenic shop through our carrier network, and rental returns ship back to us the same way.

We do not send an install crew. Installation and strike are handled by your team or your scenic contractor, which is why our sets are built to be hung, struck and packed quickly. Tell us your substrate and access when you request a quote and we will size and pack the order to suit the build.

Is there a project minimum?

Wholesale and trade orders start at 10 sets, which is also the entry point for tier pricing. Rentals start at 10 sets of a given style. There is no minimum on standard retail orders.

Tier minimums only qualify you for a price break — you can order any quantity above one.

What geographic areas does EverSet serve?

We ship across the United States and internationally to over 230 countries. Freight on EverSet trade and rental orders is quoted at order confirmation and billed at cost, so you see the real carrier rate for your address and volume. Sitewide free-shipping promotions do not apply to EverSet orders.

Can EverSet create custom colors?

Yes. Custom color direction is available on request. Because custom runs are produced rather than pulled from stock, they carry additional lead time and a minimum order, both confirmed for your project when you request a quote. If your timeline is tight, our 16 stock colorways across oak, maple, walnut, magnolia, cedar, pine and douglas fir will usually get you there faster.

Do you provide insurance or a certificate of insurance?

Yes. We carry general liability coverage and can issue a certificate of insurance naming your venue as additional insured. Request it with your quote and include the venue's exact insured name and address, since many venues will not release a dock or a load-in slot without it.
