EverSet for Retail & Seasonal Displays
Retail & Seasonal Displays
Create a seasonal visual moment around product, an entry, a wall, a window, or a customer-facing zone. EverSet uses coverage-based thinking so a display is discussed as a finished visual outcome, not a list of parts.
Where EverSet can help
A seasonal entry, product-story backdrop, merchandising vignette, floor display, window environment, or holiday focal point is a useful place to start. Include the desired seasonal look, what the display should make visible, the site, and the delivery and installation window in the project request.
- Start with the intended visual outcome, not a component list.
- Choose a seasonal foliage direction in the foliage library.
- Use a coverage tier to describe the scale of the visual moment.
- Bring dates, location, access needs, and the delivery/install window to the quote conversation.
Plan for the working environment
Every site has its own operational constraints. EverSet does not assume a standard floor plan, camera plan, guest path, or performance layout. A production quote is the place to share what must remain clear, what needs to be seen, and when the environment needs to be ready.
Because self-serve rental checkout is on hold, this page does not route to a cart. The project is discussed before it is confirmed.
Build the brief
Review the four-step process and the growing gallery to sharpen your request. Then submit the project basics through the production quote form. For other uses of EverSet, return to Who We Build For.

Give the quote a point of view
A strong request names the main viewing relationship: what should be in front of the foliage, what should sit behind it, and what the audience or camera needs to notice first. Include a reference image if it helps, but do not assume a reference implies a particular size, price, or component list.
Then identify the required date, location, access window, and desired seasonal character. Those details let the production conversation remain grounded in the setting rather than in an unplanned cart transaction.
Keep the handoff clear
Identify the person who can answer site and schedule questions. A creative reference works best when it is paired with that practical contact point, so visual ambition and the working window can be discussed together.
