EverSet Studios rents reusable scenic foliage in bulk to productions, events, theatre and retail teams. You pick the species, the volume and the dates. We confirm availability, hold your stock, deliver, and take it back when you strike.

Why rent instead of buy

• One-off looks stop being capital. A seasonal backdrop you need for nine days should not sit in storage for eleven months.
• Same foliage, every unit. Species and colourway are consistent across a whole order, so a wide shot reads as one environment rather than a patchwork.
• Reusable by design. Branch sets are built to be struck, packed and redeployed, not binned after one build.
• Buy out what you fall in love with. If a look ends up going to series or a permanent install, we credit your rental against a purchase.

How pricing works

We publish the formula instead of hiding it. Rental is charged as a share of each set's replacement value per week, following the standard prop-house convention. Longer bookings taper: the first week is charged in full, and subsequent weeks step down sharply.

Use the form below to see an itemised estimate before you send anything. Outbound and return freight are quoted separately once we know your venue and access. Installation and strike are handled by your team or your scenic contractor.

What happens after you submit

1. Within one business day we confirm real availability against physical stock and send a firm quote.
2. A 72-hour hold keeps your species and dates while you get approval.
3. A reservation deposit converts the hold into a booking and allocates the stock to you.
4. Delivery, install window, strike and inspection are scheduled against your production calendar.

Substitutions and honesty about stock

Some species run out. When a colourway is unavailable for your window we say so on this page rather than letting you build a plan around it, and we offer the closest tonal match with photographs before you commit to anything. We would rather lose a line item than surprise a production designer on delivery day.

Minimums and lead time

Rental is built for volume rather than single-set orders, so each species carries a minimum. Bookings need a short lead time so stock can be picked, checked and packed. Both are enforced by the form below, so you will never be quoted something we cannot actually deliver.
